THE PROJECT
The Essere Donna project offers girls and women a tailor-made package for a holiday of relaxation, sharing and happiness. Participants will be accompanied by two specialised guides: a Wellness Guide who, with kindness and positive energy, will teach how to feel nature through Yoga practices; a Hiking Guide who, through her love for the territory and her passion in telling about it, will make this holiday unique.
Come to Valpelline and live an experience dedicated exclusively to the female universe.
The women-only tourist packages, run by women only, will make it easier to relax, as the mental schemes that might arise when there is a man present will fall away.
In these tours, it is the tour operator who makes the difference, with her kindness, her way of communicating serenity and joy, her ability to welcome and make people feel at ease.

YOGA
Morning and evening practice + pranayama. Practices suitable for all levels. They can be held outdoors or indoors, depending on the type of practice and weather conditions. Classes will be conducted by the YogaConIndi yoga teacher. -
EXCURSIONS
Medium/easy trekking with a maximum positive height difference of 500/700 m.
Discover the magical Valpelline and the Ollomont basin. Walks designed to get to know the natural, historical and human aspects of a valley little touched by mass tourism.
PROPOSED PACKAGE
Overnight stay at Le Lievre Amoureux in a double room, breakfast, packed lunches, dinners, free access to the SPA, wellness guide, hiking guide, at least 2 yoga sessions a day, trekking every day and visit with tasting at the Duclos family farm which, since 1972, has been producing high quality dairy products typical of Aosta Valley.
