La Baita

The structure is on two levels, three flats are on the second floor, at street level, and are accessed directly from the car park. On the ground floor there are two other flats, with a garden, where there is also a common room and laundry facilities.

The parking area reserved for guests is about 20 metres from the property, the path to the three flats on the street side is paved and flat. To access the flats on the ground floor there is a sloping driveway of about 20 metres. It is possible to enter in your car for loading and unloading, but then it is necessary to leave the car in the parking area available to customers on the road upstream of the structure.

The flat, on the second floor of the structure, consists of an entrance, kitchen, double bedroom with balcony and bathroom. In the kitchen there is a sofa bed. The door has an opening of 82 cm and there is a 10 cm step and a 2 cm threshold.

Cots and high chairs are available on request. A communal laundry room is available.
