The Berrier farm was born from the passion of its founder, Mr Elvio Venturini, for cows, a passion passed on to him by his grandfather Ambrogio. After a brilliant sporting career with the Centro Sportivo Forestale (Forestry Sports Centre), with numerous victories in Nordic skiing, biathlon and ski mountaineering, Elvio decided, at the age of 25, to hang up his skis and devote himself exclusively to farming.
Today the company is run by his family, his wife Rosalba and their son Devis, who has brought new working methods to the company, managing to combine innovation and respect for tradition, to increase the quality of the products processed on the farm.
In the Lexert house, the farm also rents a comfortable flat with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, a small living room and a large terrace overlooking the lake, which is only a few metres away. In the summertime in the large garden you will find tables and chairs for eating in the open air, deckchairs, sunbeds and parasols to enjoy the surrounding landscape in complete relaxation. At the side of the garden there is a vegetable garden where guests can pick salads, seasonal vegetables, aromatic herbs and small fruits. You will also be able to taste and buy the farm's products, visiting the places where they are processed and getting to know the wonderful Aosta Valley cows.
