THE COMPANY
From the knowledge of the grandparents comes the concreteness of a company which has never changed in the way of making cheese, but which has been able to hand down this knowledge and bring it into the future, respecting the traditions. In Valpelline for three generations now, the Jordaney company produces Fontina DOP and various fresh cheeses, but above all allows consumers to find in its products all the taste of tradition thanks to a great cheese-making history.
Situated in the middle of the wonderful nature of Valpelline, the Jordaney firm assures seriousness in the production, without ever losing sight of the taste and the knowledge that are fundamental factors in the Aosta Valley cheese production.
PRODUCTS
The company produces DOP Fontina both in summer and in winter and is part of the Cooperative of milk and fontina producers of Ollomont. Besides Fontina, the company also produces a wide range of fresh cheeses.
