The hotel
The charm of Alpe Rebelle Hotel lies in its attention to the environment and eco-friendly and not-so-impactful management methods. Inserted in the natural context of Bionaz, its secret is a constantly-evolving hospitality that wisely manages to combine alpine warmth and respect for the environment.
The renovation of the owner’s grandparents’ old house was carried out searching for sustainable solutions for the environment, such as energy saving, thermal insulation of the building, a geothermal central heating system, cable Internet connection in order to reduce magnetic waves, the installation of solar panels, the reuse of rainwater for irrigation and totally local timber harvesting. In addition to this search for eco-friendly solutions, Alpe Rebelle focuses on traditional flavours in a modern way, offering its guests a restaurant menu, unexpected for its harmony and tastes.
The sense of belonging and the respect for the environment are also reflected in the cuisine: in fact, Alpe Rebelle restaurant uses local products, bringing to the table only the best of what Valpelline and all Aosta Valley can offer.
Accessibility is another major concern in Alpe Rebelle, offering the possibility of enjoying nature in Valpelline for everyone: its rooms, entrances, bar and restaurant are designed and built in order to be accessible for everyone. A holiday also starts with freedom of movement and access.

Toilets are accessible from the outside, where you can find the open-air terrace, the entrance door is 88 cm. Alternatively, from inside the building you can reach by lift. In the toilet you can also find a changing-table.
