THE HOTEL

20km from Aosta, La Baita is located in the centre of Les Dzovennoz in Bionaz. Originally an old boys' colony, the building now houses functional and spacious flats for a perfect holiday dedicated to outdoor activities and the discovery of one of the wildest valleys in the Aosta Valley. The location of La Baita is perfect for those who want to take advantage of all the sports facilities in Valpelline, especially the biathlon: in winter it is the closest structure to the slopes of this beautiful sport. The flats are also ideal for families and have green spaces where children can play in total safety.

An excellent starting point for treks of all levels, it is also close to refuges that welcome mountain enthusiasts with professionalism and competence. In summer, the nearby Lexert lake offers a spectacular view of the Murailles chain and is the perfect place to soak up the sun, use the picnic area, attend and participate in events and stroll through the nearby pine forest.

THE FLATS

The Baita consists of 6 intimate flats, recently completed, bright, spacious, equipped with Wi-Fi and with all the comforts. They have a common laundry room, a large garden equipped with tables, deckchairs and sunshades to relax and enjoy the balsamic scent of the nearby pinewood.

ACCESSIBILITY

THE STRUCTURE

The structure is on two levels, three flats are on the second floor, at street level, and are accessed directly from the car park. On the ground floor there are two other flats, with a garden, where there is also a common room and laundry facilities.

PARKING

The parking area reserved for guests is about 20 metres from the property, the path to the three flats on the street side is paved and flat. To access the flats on the ground floor there is a sloping driveway of about 20 metres. It is possible to enter in your car for loading and unloading, but then it is necessary to leave the car in the parking area available to customers on the road upstream of the structure.

RHODODENDRON FLAT

The flat, on the second floor of the structure, consists of an entrance, kitchen, double bedroom with balcony and bathroom. In the kitchen there is a sofa bed. The door has an opening of 82 cm and there is a 10 cm step and a 2 cm threshold.
